Digitize the physical world.
3D Scanning
High-accuracy 3D scanning captures the precise geometry of real-world objects and converts them into digital models. Essential when no CAD file exists or when matching an existing physical part.

The numbers behind the parts. If your project needs something outside these ranges — a larger build, a tighter tolerance, a specific material — ask us. We will tell you straight away whether we can do it.
Print Tolerance
±0.1mm
On critical dimensions, verified before shipping on calibrated machines. Tighter tolerances are possible on request for specific mating features.
Build Volume
256 × 256 × 256mm
Per-part build envelope. Larger parts can be split and bonded, or printed in sections and assembled — ask us and we will work out the cleanest approach.
Layer Height
0.08–0.32mm
Tuned per part for the right balance of surface finish, strength, and speed. We do not default to one setting for every job.
Materials
20+ filaments
Engineering-grade thermoplastics including carbon- and glass-filled blends, flexible elastomers, and high-temperature polymers.
Post-Processing
Standard
Support removal, light sanding, and threaded inserts available on request. We will tell you what is realistic for the finish you need.
Standard Turnaround
3–7 business days
After quote acceptance. Rush options are available for time-critical work, and we will be upfront about what is actually achievable.
Materials

We stock and print in engineering-grade thermoplastics chosen for the jobs they are actually good at — not just how they look on a spec sheet. Not sure which one fits your project? Tell us what the part needs to do and we will recommend the right one.

PLA & PLA+
Rigid, easy to print, and dimensionally stable. Great for visual prototypes, models, and parts that do not face heat or load. PLA+ adds a bit more toughness for handling.
Best for: Prototypes, display models, light-duty parts

PETG
Tough, impact-resistant, and chemically stable. A strong all-rounder that bridges the gap between easy printing and real-world durability. Good layer bonding and no warping headaches.
Best for: Functional parts, enclosures, snap-fits

ABS & ASA
Heat-resistant and impact-tough. ABS is the classic engineering plastic; ASA adds UV stability for parts that live outdoors or in direct sun without becoming brittle.
Best for: Automotive, enclosures, outdoor parts

Nylon (PA, PA-CF, PA-GF)
Engineering polymer with excellent wear resistance and strength. Carbon- and glass-filled variants add stiffness and heat resistance for structural and load-bearing use.
Best for: Gears, brackets, load-bearing parts

Polycarbonate (PC, PC-CF)
High heat resistance and outstanding impact strength. Carbon-filled PC is among the stiffest, strongest materials we run, for parts that see real stress.
Best for: High-stress, high-temperature parts

TPU / TPE
Flexible, rubber-like elastomers for parts that need to bend, seal, or absorb impact. Available in a range of shore hardnesses for everything from soft grips to tough bumpers.
Best for: Gaskets, grips, flexible couplings

Send us your files and a short description of what the part is for. You do not need a perfectly prepared print file — send what you have and we will work with it.
Tell us the quantity, the material if you know it, the timeline, and anything the part needs to survive in the real world. The more context you give, the more accurate the quote.

Engineer Review & Quote
Real review, real numbers
An engineer opens your file, checks it for printability, and works out the cleanest way to make it. If something will cause a problem, we flag it and suggest a fix before quoting.
You receive an itemized quote — setup, per-part cost, material, and any volume discounts — so you can see exactly what you are paying for. No bundled mystery numbers.

Production
We make the part
Once you approve the quote, your job enters the print queue on a calibrated machine with the agreed material and orientation. We do not swap materials or cut corners to save time.
For multi-part runs, we plan the queue so the whole batch moves together — not one part today and the rest next week.

Quality Check & Shipping
Verified before it leaves
Before a part ships, we check critical dimensions and inspect the finish. If something does not meet spec, it does not leave the shop — we remake it.
Your part is packed to survive transit, shipped with tracking, and saved to your account so reordering is one click the next time you need it.
