Every project that comes through Polymake is opened, rotated, and inspected by an engineer before you ever see a price. We check wall thicknesses, overhangs, mating surfaces, and tolerances — then we tell you what we found.

Most manufacturers structure their pricing around large runs — setup fees, minimum order quantities, and lead times that only make sense if you are ordering a thousand of something. That model leaves everyone with a real but small project out in the cold.
Polymake is built for the order in front of us, whether it is a single prototype or a short production batch. No minimums, no hidden setup charges, no quote that only makes sense at volume.
You pay for the part and the work that goes into it — not for the privilege of being a customer. That makes us usable for one-off projects, and economical when you do need a run of fifty.

Real Materials, Real Tolerances
Engineering-grade, not hobby-grade
The difference between a part that holds up and one that fails often comes down to material. A desk filament might print the same shape, but it will not survive the heat, load, or environment your part actually lives in.
We stock and print in engineering-grade thermoplastics — PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, polycarbonate, carbon-filled blends, and flexible elastomers — chosen for the jobs they are actually good at, not just for how they look on a spec sheet.
We hold real tolerances on calibrated machines and verify critical dimensions before shipping. When your design calls for a tight fit, we build to that number — not to "close enough."

Days, not months
For most of the parts we make, the timeline is the problem — not the price. Waiting six weeks for a shop to even start your job is not a process, it is a bottleneck.
Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days after quote acceptance, and rush options are available when a deadline will not move. We keep popular materials on the shelf and plan our print queue so your job does not sit behind a hundred others.

PLA & PLA+
Rigid, easy to print, and dimensionally stable. Great for visual prototypes, models, and parts that do not face heat or load. PLA+ adds a bit more toughness for handling.
Best for: Prototypes, display models, light-duty parts

PETG
Tough, impact-resistant, and chemically stable. A strong all-rounder that bridges the gap between easy printing and real-world durability. Good layer bonding and no warping headaches.
Best for: Functional parts, enclosures, snap-fits

ABS & ASA
Heat-resistant and impact-tough. ABS is the classic engineering plastic; ASA adds UV stability for parts that live outdoors or in direct sun without becoming brittle.
Best for: Automotive, enclosures, outdoor parts

Nylon (PA, PA-CF, PA-GF)
Engineering polymer with excellent wear resistance and strength. Carbon- and glass-filled variants add stiffness and heat resistance for structural and load-bearing use.

Polycarbonate (PC, PC-CF)
High heat resistance and outstanding impact strength. Carbon-filled PC is among the stiffest, strongest materials we run, for parts that see real stress.

TPU / TPE
Flexible, rubber-like elastomers for parts that need to bend, seal, or absorb impact. Available in a range of shore hardnesses for everything from soft grips to tough bumpers.

Replacement Parts
When a manufacturer discontinues a component, the equipment is not done — you just cannot get the part anymore. Send us the broken or worn original and we can scan it, reproduce it, and get a working replacement back in your hands.
Often the replacement comes out stronger than the original, in a material better suited to the heat, load, or chemicals the part actually faces.

Jigs, Fixtures & Tooling
Custom tooling is what makes an assembly line repeatable — but traditional fabrication makes it expensive and slow. Printed jigs and fixtures cost a fraction of machined ones and ship in days.
Brackets, check fixtures, alignment guides, and assembly aids, all tailored to your exact process. Short runs are welcome; you do not need to justify a production order to get a useful tool.

Custom enclosures for electronics, instruments, and equipment — built around your boards, connectors, and mounts instead of forcing your design into an off-the-shelf box.

Scanning & Reverse Engineering
When no CAD file exists — a hand-machined part, a worn original, a one-off component — scanning lets us capture the real geometry and turn it into a usable digital model.
From there we can reproduce it as-is, modify it to fix a weakness, or adapt it to a new purpose. The physical part becomes the starting point, not a dead end.
